What Is a Bible Institute?

What started out as a desire on the part of our church family to learn more about the bible has grown into a Tuesday evening Bible Institute.  The Institute is very similar to that of a Bible Study or Sunday School but is conducted in a classroom setting.  The courses can be taken for credit or can be audited (not for credit).  Each class is packed with exciting lessons from God's word along with "take home" assignments to encourage personal study and accountability.

Who Is This Ministry For?

The Institute is a ministry where both men and women (of all ages) can further their education in the doctrines and teachings of the word of God. While the main goal of the Bible Institute is to teach and disciple our own church family, it is not limited to those in our congregation.  We welcome any believer who desires to grow in their knowledge of our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ.  If you are looking for a place to further your understanding of the word of God, you might want to consider attending our Bible Institute.

What Subjects Are Offered?

The Bible Institute covers a variety of subjects that change from semester to semester.  Every course is designed to increase your faith in the word of God as well as teach the doctrines contained therein.  The bible says that a Christian is to grow in the grace and the knowledge of the Lord Jesus Christ (2 Peter 3:18).  It also says, "Study to shew thyself approved unto God, a workman that needeth not to be ashamed, rightly dividing the word of truth." (2 Timothy 2:15).
